Returns and Exchanges
All People Free garments are made-to-order and crafted with care. Due to the custom nature of our production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the case and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
